The lesson in the food chain is that those at the bottom of the food chain are often eaten. Those at the top, don’t get eaten. Before you turn to some addiction this weekend(be it food), ask if you are proud of how your body feels.
If you make money today, how long will you live to enjoy your hard work?
Eat good food, but feed your mind as well. Self-care is not just food, it also includes feeding your mind and taking care of your mental health.
