You are probably wondering what this is about. But last week, I was listening to one of my messages. One of the things I learned from this message was about a five-letter word. SLEEP.
SLEEP. SLEEP. SLEEP. SLEEP. I can not overemphasize this. I am typically the type that will work so hard. But here is what I learned. When we are worried, apprehensive or excited, we lose more sleep.
However, it is important that you learn that sleep heals your body. I realized that when I rest, I am able to achieve more. This is something I want you to learn as well.
If you do not rest, your body will suffer. Everything you ever want to become can only see the light of day if you are ALIFE AND WELL. Let that sink.
I thought to share this with you. Sleep is medicine. I am not talking about slumber or excessive sleep without planning.
