And the same story I told a friend of mine yesterday, is what I am sharing with you today.

My friend and I went for a house party, and she was just asking me how I always dancing, smiling, happy etc.

I even remember a friend who said: “Like BM, you are always smiling. Doesn’t anything bother you?”

Just like my friend, and like you reading this, I used to say to myself, I will be happy when I finally have my kids move to the United States. ✅

I will be happy when I hit this $$$ sales goal.

I will be happy when I go on that date.

I will be happy when I buy my first home.

I will be happy when my books become best sellers.

But you see, you can’t control outcomes.

You can’t control TIME.

You can be happy now- this minute-this second.

And these 5 simple things will lift your mood everytime.

1. Good 🛌 sleep ✅

2. Good music 🎶

3. Good workout 🏋🏾‍♀️✅

4. Drink water 💦

5. All of the above you don’t really need to pay for, and you can start doing them now.

Now, this is how happiness can change your sales game this week.

People like to buy or do business with happy people.

You know why?

People buy because of emotions( your smile, sense of humor etc) can get you that contract, the grant, the donations among other business opportunities.
