Abundance tribe. June 19 is such a great day. It's World Sickle Cell Day, and I celebrate all warriors. It is also Father’s Day. I celebrate all Fathers as well. Of course, the day is also Juneteenth. Such an important celebration for all black people in America. I couldn’t miss such a great day in history to share some powerful thoughts with you.
I had a stressful trip to Washington DC. We traveled by road, and spent over 13 hours traveling, and spent the same number of hours back. Mehn! No be small thing!
But it always brings me joy when I am able to join campaigns against all forms of violence/abuse. The moral March at Washington DC was one of such memorable trips.
This was the highlight of the past week, and here are the lessons I learned.
Always prepare oils for your lamp.
Help is everywhere
Helpers do not wear cape most times
Follow your intuition
What was a stressful and unpaid volunteer trip(people often ask what is in it for you. I remember how I used to be criticized by my folks back home for often going extra mile for causes such as this), now has got me an invitation to a radio interview.
I made a video, capturing my thoughts, and I hope you learn a thing or two.

“See” you later today, as we continue the red flags in a narcissistic relationship; and yes, we will end the red flag series this week.
The last part of this series, will have me focusing on how to plan / leave a toxic partner.
Hope today’s reflections help you start your week on a great note.
PS: If you just joined the family, you're welcome and do respond to this email. I might have a special gift for you to read or watch.
Abundance is here.
